Summer Camp Coordinator
Wildlife Center of the North Coast (WCNC) is seeking a passionate, nature-loving individual who enjoys working with youth in an outdoor setting. Our Camp Coordinator will help lead our summer day camp program, using an already-developed curriculum that engages 1st–8th grade students with games, hikes, crafts, and hands-on activities focused on wildlife and ecology.
Part-time | Temporary | $17.50+/hr DOE | ~60–75 hours total
Camp Dates:
- July 7–11
- July 14–18
- July 21–25
Responsibilities:
- Implement pre-developed curriculum and activities for three week-long sessions of summer camp
- Lead games, hikes, and educational experiences for campers entering grades 1–8
- Work collaboratively with camp volunteers and staff
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging experience for all campers
