This annual event is in honor of the woman who started it all, Sharnelle Fee. It was Sharnelle who purchased our 105 acres east of Astoria & began building what is now the Wildlife Center of the North Coast. Today, we are still the only rehabilitation facility that specializes in seabirds in the Pacific Northwest, and the only wildlife hospital on the Oregon Coast. We strive every day to be the very best we can and provide the absolute best care possible for the animals that rely upon us. We are all very thankful for Sharnelle and the dedication she had for our local wildlife.
