Travel Trailer
We are seeking a travel trailer to house interns, staff, and traveling veterinarians.
Due to the housing shortage in Clatsop County we have had students & new hires forced to decline working at WCNC because they could not find a place to live. Having a housing option on-site would help alleviate the problem as well as provide a lodging option to traveling veterinarians. We have a permitted location for mobile housing on our property.
If you have a trailer you'd be willing to donate, please email Josh at josh@coastwildlife.org.
Thank you!
Pet Dryer, tabletop
One of our most-used tools in the clinic, our pet dryer has seen it all - loons, grebes, scoters, mallards, murres, you name it! It's an essential tool in repairing aquatic birds' waterproofing, and we sure could use a couple more to warm up our wet patients!
Top choice:
Dish Racks
Our dish racks in the prep kitchen are getting a little rusty - we could use a couple new ones! Nothing special needed, just a couple large ones.
Top choice:
Sibley Guide 2nd edition
Our clinic could use an updated field guide! We're pretty good at bird ID if we do say so ourselves, but some patients still stump us.
Top choice:
Nets!
We could use a few more small & medium nets for catching up our speedy patients!
Top choice:
Case of Small Nitrile Exam Gloves
To protect our wildlife patients from cross contamination. Size Small.
